A Cheesy Pasta and Minced Meat Recipe

Ingredients (4 people):

Step by Step

  1. Place the seasoned meat in a deep pot (you are going to need a lot of volume for this), and let it cook on medium-high heat for around 3 minutes.
  2. Add the diced onion and let cook for another 3 minutes, on medium heat, mixing every now and then.
  3. Add the minced garlic and italian spices, and let it cook for another minute.
  4. Add the broth and tomato paste and mix well.
  5. Add all the (raw) pasta and courgette as well. Make sure to top up the liquid so everything is covered. Make sure it's mixed-up well.
  6. Wait until everything boils, then cover and lower the heat a bit. Let it cook like this for 10 minutes, opening and thoroughly stirring the mixture every 2 - 3 minutes.
  7. Once done, turn the heat down to low and add the cream cheese. Stir well.
  8. Add your pepper, salt and other spices to taste.
  9. Now it's ready to be served! (And is also good for being reheated on another day)
